RevMo has transformed the production of off-grid sewage systems for market-leader Clenviro through great communication and a very fast turnaround on manufacture.
Clenviro is an independent UK company specialising in the design and manufacture of sewage treatment systems, pumping stations and ancillary products related to the wastewater treatment industry.
They approached RevMo after experiencing supply problems with their previous moulding partner, leading to delays up the supply chain to the end customer.
Within just one week we were able to get the tooling and produce the first sample mouldings for approval. The following month we were in production and now we’re in full swing with regular manufacturing and the ability to meet demand surges on top.
The product is a ‘blower box’ - used to house the above-ground controls for an off-grid sewage system. Clenviro has a huge range; producing sewage systems for single households up to 5,000-person systems for commercial and public sector applications.
RevMo moulds the boxes and assembles them so they are ready for onwards distribution to the end customer.
